#MyBody explores the tension between body image, visibility, and the curated ideals projected online. Her works navigate the discomfort of imperfection, the humor in censorship, and the push-and-pull between self-expression and societal expectation.

The works were created for The Pursuit of Ideal Content exhibition, at The Butter Factory Arts Centre, Cooroy. The intention of the exhibition is to investigate the social and personal consequences of the rise of social media and its impact on young women’s self-perception.

This body of work was made possible by the Australian Government’s Regional Arts Development Fund, provided through Regional Arts Australia, and administered in Queensland by Flying Arts Alliance.
